Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel the class at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the time to fill the batch. You may cancel by phone or email us at support@thehobbytribe.com.
If cancelation is done before 48 hours you may request for a partial refund (~5% that is taxable). If cancellation is made in less than 48 hours, a refund will not be possible but you will receive credits (talents) of equal value to reschedule the class to a later date.
If The Hobby Tribe cancels a confirmed class then the customer has the choice to either request for a full refund or requests for credits (talents) of equal value to join any other hobby classes on this platform.
When you register for a class with us, you agree to these terms.
